Windsong Travel is a family company based in country NSW. It is owned and operated by the Cracknell Family.
Windsong Travel has been operating out of Inverell NSW for the past 25 years and has grown to become one of the largest travel agencies operating in rural NSW. Windsong Travel opened another branch in Bellingen NSW in February 2012 . Windsong opened its 3rd office in Sawtell NSW in July 2017.

Windsong Travel is a fully accredited travel agency with IATA and ATAS and is able to sell and provide advice on all travel products. Everything from a Countrylink ticket to a round the world cruise is catered for.
Windsong’s consultants love travelling and are continually being educated on new products as well as experiencing first hand different destinations all over the planet. The team really know the world, and specialise in different destinations. Jessie Moscatelli in Inverell loves South Africa and has lived there as well as travelling extensively throughout, Adriana in Bellingen was a tour guide in Canada and Alaska for Scenic and Evergreen tours. Leonie in Bellingen is a Tassie expert from Tasmania and also loves Europe….. Marnie in Inverell is an Italy expert and has lead small walking tours through Italy….. James in Bellingen has escorted groups all over the planet, has fallen in love with the animals in Africa and lived in Mexico for a few years. There is a dedicated team of tour escorts who actually travel with the group from Australia ensuring everything works seamlessly so passengers don’t have to worry about a thing. Over the years Windsong Travel has personally taken more than a thousand passengers on our group tours to all corners of the globe creating countless trips of a lifetime !

The office is divided into 3sections, Leisure Travel, Corporate Travel / Point to Point Travel & Group Travel .
Leisure Travel – Our award winning Consultants in this area are the best there are! All of our leisure consultants have won awards and accolades for sales performances as well as product knowledge. All consultants have had extensive travel experience as well as years of experience in the travel industry.
Corporate / Point to Point – This area has experienced the largest growth over the past few years. Our corporate clients now include Bindaree Beef, Fireground, BCCM plus various small local businesses. Point to Point provides the essential travel on all forms of travel including all major coach companies, Rail and all interstate and regional flight services .
Group Travel – Our Group area has organised group departures and also escorted groups over the past few years to New Zealand, Canada & Alaska, Western Australia, Central Australia, Tasmania, Norfolk Island, Argentina, Greece, Turkey, UK & Europe, Thailand, Pacific Cruising, Peru, Bali, Vietnam, Spain, Portugal, Morocco, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia & Hong Kong, Europe River Cruising, USA, Tuscany and Africa.
We also manage the group bookings of football Northern Territory ,Football Tasmania , Football Northern NSW, Portions of Football Australia and Australia Deaf Rugby.
