There’s a whale-watching cruise from Hauganes, a chance to stand between two tectonic plates at Thingvellir and even a taste of bread baked using the heat from Iceland’s hot springs. You’ll also travel through quieter towns and countryside along the way, giving you a chance to see more than just the headline sights.
