We are lucky at Windsong Travel to have one of the two Accredited Cruise Masters outside of Metropolitan NSW. To gain your cruise Master accreditation there is a requirement of years of selling plus on going training through out the world to retain your accreditation plus pass various exams.

CLIA (Australasia) Cruise Accreditation Program has been established since 1996 and is a way to recognise dedicated consultants who develop extensive cruise industry knowledge and superior selling skills. The syllabus has continually evolved to meet the growing needs of travel consultants and is today delivered and recognised as a highly professional program suitable for levels of experience.

We have experience in both selling and inspecting some of the lesser known cruise lines such as Regent Seven Seas and Seabourn. This is in addition to the more well known brands within the industry including Cunard, Princess, Holland America, Royal Caribbean, Celebrity Cruises, P&O, Carnival and NCL to name a few.
